A personal project, Balloon was an exploration of what a travel app could be. As an avid traveler and a type-A planner, I often encounter challenges using a patchwork of apps and resources to plan out my trips. As a hypothetical answer to that issue, Balloon was a challenge to balance the enormous scope of potential functionality with a fun, engaging, and intuitive experience.
THE BRAND
Balloon's brand is modern, friendly, and scalable. The core motifs of the mark also scale throughout the product and aim to increase the fun of planning, and visually reduce the stress of travel logistics.

Balloon's functionality draws from my own experiences and frustrations with travel solutions and extensive research of existing offerings and user feedback. The result is an experience that makes travel planning collaborative, fun, and a little less stressful.
